Question 1

What is a bench sales platform?

Accepted Answer

A bench sales platform helps US IT staffing recruiters market their bench candidates, post and track requirements, manage submissions, and convert placements into invoices. Bench Sales does all of this in one workspace with AI-assisted matching.

Question 2

Who is Bench Sales for?

Accepted Answer

Bench Sales is built for US IT staffing recruiters and agencies worldwide — including teams in India, the US, Canada, and the UK — who manage C2C, W2, and 1099 candidates against US end-client requirements.

Question 3

How does the AI candidate matching work?

Accepted Answer

When a recruiter posts a requirement, Bench Sales scores every candidate on the bench against role, skills, location, visa, and rate, ranking the strongest matches first. Drafts of submission emails are also generated automatically.

Question 4

Can I generate invoices from approved timesheets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once a weekly timesheet is approved by the client, Bench Sales generates a downloadable PDF invoice with a daily breakdown, regular and overtime hours, and total amount due.

Question 5

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can sign up and try Bench Sales for free. Paid plans unlock higher candidate limits, multi-seat teams, and integrations like email, Stripe billing, and webhooks.
